Please call our office at 536-2282 or message us on the UPLB SPMO Official GC for your availability to pick up your PO(s). Those who cannot pick up their respective PO(s) 15 April 2021 (Thursday), kindly inform us to reserve an appointment slot for another date.
Observance of the mandatory health protocols during the pick-up is prescribed (the proper wearing of the face mask and the face shield; allowing oneself to temperature check at SPMO; filling-out of information in the logbook for contact tracing purposes; physical distancing of at least 2 meters; and the disinfection of hands with 70% alcohol or frequent washing of hands with soap and water).
